What type of shipping services are provided?
All items are shipped via UPS. We unfortunately cannot use personal or business UPS accounts. All shipping will go through Got Green Printing.com. Shipping is only available in the United States.

What happens if my printing is damaged because of shipping?
Any damage that is caused during shipping is the responsibility of UPS. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control of it and are no longer responsible for the package. If damage should occur due to shipping, please contact UPS for compensation. All of our printing is packaged in UPS approved boxes.

Do you provide delivery?
At the moment we do not offer delivery services. If you have an order over 5,000 quanitity and live/work in the Los Angeles area, please feel free to give us a call so that we may try to accomodate you. We unfortunately do not allow pick up of any items.
